Woollahra Townhouse “Spirited Serenity”

This south facing townhouse presented as dark and cellular, with internal walls enclosing the living zones and blocking light flow through the ground floor.

Dwell By Jo removed internal walls throughout the ground floor and re-allocated the living zones to bring a sense of flow and generosity to the space.

A soft, timeless materials palette of light oak floors, white linen window furnishings and gently veined countertops all contribute to the ethereal atmosphere of the home. Sunlight filtered by the neighbourhood’s renowned established trees bathes the home in a soft light, the home’s prized end of row position now optimised. Soft sage tones are offset by rich olive and aubergine, creating a peaceful home contextually at peace amongst the trees.

Vibrant hues have been introduced into the more enclosed zones – an underground laundry has been brought to life in vibrant lilac, whilst sunset tones are draped across the master bedroom.
